Travelforce is an average company. The website is easy to navigate and they offer a decent selection of travel options. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had to wait on hold for a long time to speak to a representative and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience with Travelforce was just okay.
