I recently booked a flight through Jetabroad and overall it was a satisfactory experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. The prices were reasonable and I managed to find a good deal for my destination. However, the customer service could have been improved. I had a few questions and it took quite some time to get a response from their support team. Other than that, everything else was fine.
