I have had the opportunity to interact with the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General, and I must say that my experience has been positive overall. The staff members are knowledgeable and professional, and they are dedicated to ensuring the integrity of the Medicaid program. They are prompt in their investigations and take appropriate actions based on the evidence gathered. The only area where I feel improvement is needed is in their communication. Sometimes it can be difficult to reach someone or get a timely response. Overall, though, I am satisfied with their services.
