David Turner Review of Richard , Wayne and Roberts

In alignment with some of the other reviews on here regarding RWR, I would caution any HR professional or recruiter in using RWR services for screening or interviewing applicants. On several occasions, the RWR staff only speak to applicants to gain access to their identifying information with no intention to submit them for review to a job posting.
Most recently, I worked with Kasey Menke on my dream job. We spoke briefly on the phone on Feb 9th, she indicated on the phone that she would send me a job description for my review. After our initial phone conversation, I did not hear from Kasey for 3 full days. After chasing her down with several phone calls and emails in my attempt to get an update on my application, Kasey would not return my calls or emails. Finally, on day 3, I got Kasey on the phone only to be told she did NOT submit my resume, even though I was waiting and thinking she had done so. Kasey mislead me by giving me bad and deceptive information. When I approached her management to gain clarity and seek answers, I was threatened with legal action since my phone calls and emails were considered harassment. I was very upset with this situation, especially since Truett Allen, the firms manager, did not demonstrate any genuine concern for me as an applicant. As a result of the disorganized and disrespectful manner in which my application was being handled Kasey and her manager, I raised my voice to several RWR staff members and even used profanity on the phone. Raising my voice and using profanity is never a good thing, but I caught myself feeling the frustration of working with a very disorganized recruiter (Kasey Menke) and her management staff. At the end of the day, I have concluded that the promises RWR makes it's clients are baseless and thaf the staff at RWR are disorganized and treat applicants with total disrespect.
