As a customer of Wells Fargo for the past few year...

As a customer of Wells Fargo for the past few years, I have to say that their services have been quite average. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and helpful, but the online banking platform is a bit outdated. It would be great if they could improve the user experience and add new features. Overall, I think Wells Fargo is an okay bank to work with.
