I recently tried out a video management system from this company. I must say, it was quite average in terms of performance. The software had some useful features, but I found the user interface to be a bit clunky and confusing. It took me some time to figure out how to navigate through the different menus and options. The video quality was decent, but not exceptional. The customer support was satisfactory; they responded in a timely manner but didn't go above and beyond to solve my issues. The pricing, however, was reasonable compared to other similar products on the market. Overall, my experience with this company was average. It's not a bad option, but there are better video management systems out there.
