I recently used the services of the design group and I have to say, I was not overly impressed. The website looked promising with its sleek design, but the actual experience fell short of my expectations. The communication with the team was average at best, with delayed responses and sometimes even misunderstandings. The deliverables were decent, but nothing extraordinary. I was expecting a bit more creativity and innovation in their designs considering the reputation they have built. While they did complete the project within the agreed timeline, the overall experience left me feeling underwhelmed. Considering the high price they charge for their services, I expected a lot more. It's unfortunate that I cannot recommend them wholeheartedly, as I felt their work was average compared to other design companies I've worked with in the past.
