John really took care of me. Came in for a battery replacement, left 110% satisfied. Everything is under warranty for me right now since i just bought it, so he asked me if my 2015 Tacoma was experiencing any other difficulties. That reminded me i was uneasy about the transmission as I'd never owned a prerunner before and wasn't used to the extra power it had over my previous 4 cyl Tacoma and different upshift/downshift. The shifting issue i was experiencing was either due to a really loud and clanky transmission, or a sportier shift. Seriously this truck shifts like it's Vin Diesel. I wasn't sure if it was an issue or a blessing. Either way, they gave the transmission a thorough investigation, and took a few steps to ensure the transmission is running in tip top shape. It is. As it should be for a Tacoma with only 30k miles on it. That's piece of mind, since I DO NOT mess with vehicles that have faulty or rebuilt transmissions. And neither should you ;)
