I recently opened an account with the bank in Southern Kentucky. The website is easy to navigate and provides useful information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be average. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I had to wait a bit longer than expected to get assistance, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. On the positive side, their online banking system is efficient and user-friendly. Overall, the experience was okay, but I hope they can improve their in-person customer service to make it more efficient and welcoming. 👍🏻
