I recently used the services from this company and found them to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their offerings. However, I felt that the customer support could be improved. I had some issues with getting timely responses to my queries, which was a bit frustrating. 🤔 Additionally, I expected a bit more flexibility in their service packages to better suit my specific needs. On the positive side, their virtual assistant was helpful and competent in carrying out tasks. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I do hope to see some improvements in their communication and flexibility in the future.
