I've recently switched to a new insurance provider...

I've recently switched to a new insurance provider and decided to give Catholic Mutual Group a try. Overall, the experience has been decent. The policy options are decent and offer good coverage. However, I found the customer service to be lacking at times. It would be great if they could improve their response times and provide more personalized assistance.
