Got there and was told that it would be a little less than an hour wait for an express oil change. After waiting an hour the Service Assistant Manager said, "oh they parked your car in the wrong spot and never got to it". Needless to say, I had to wait longer for them to service it...No apology or anything was given. Not the best service.
