Took my company truck to be serviced there last 3 ...

Took my company truck to be serviced there last 3 times. Each time there was no communication at all. When I called to Check on the status I would never get a call back. Last service was supposed to take 3 hours I was told, turned into a day and a half. Again, no communication. Once we picked up the truck 3 hours later I got a phone call from the service telling me we need to bring the truck back because the technician forgot to put some parts on. Wasted another day not working because of their incompetence. I have tried talking to the service manager, promised me to look into it and call back. Never heard from him, that was 2 weeks ago. Left 2 more massages but still nothing. Seems like communication is a major issue at this dealership.
