The South African Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (DAFF) is an average company. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could use some improvement. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiry. Overall, my experience with DAFF was satisfactory.
