I have been a customer of Tap Internet, INC for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The connection speed is decent but it does slow down during peak hours. The customer support is responsive and helpful, but I have had a few instances where they couldn't resolve my issue completely. Overall, I would rate Tap Internet, INC as an average internet service provider.
