I recently used the services of a web development company for my business. While the final website meets my requirements to an extent, the overall experience was average. There were delays in the delivery of the project, and communication could have been better. However, the website does fulfill its purpose and looks decent. I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in terms of project management and responsiveness. Nevertheless, it was an okay experience.
