I've had a mixed experience with Thomas Heald Ltd. While their website was easy to navigate and had a lot of useful information, the customer service left much to be desired. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. However, once I got in touch with someone, they were helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
