I recently started practicing tai chi at a few different studios, and Shen Tai Chi Academy quickly became my favorite. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable, and they create a warm and welcoming environment. The classes are well-paced and suitable for all levels. The studio itself is clean and spacious, making it a comfortable space to practice in. I'm really enjoying my experience at Shen Tai Chi Academy and would highly recommend it!
