Great hotel that is getting old, recognizable by poorly done renovations, e.g. Painting, sealing joints, ...
Very long ways, from the room to the food and beach 600 m with 50 m height difference!
Fruit in the room was only on the day of arrival.
Instant coffee in the room was added only upon request.
The food (diet) was always very good, but with the kitchen 400 meters away, it was lukewarm to cold on the table, the price and five stars absolutely unacceptable.
Of 12 paid meals, we have signed off early because of day trips of four meals (lunch). This was not taken into account in the final bill, on the contrary, other meals and the already paid return transport to the airport were charged unjustified, even that is not worth five stars! Only long unnecessary discussions managed to remedy ... very bad, the otherwise very positive impression was unnecessarily reduced!
The staff is very friendly, speaks good English, sometimes German. WiFi in the whole area perfect!
