I had a mixed experience with Ivy Information Systems Scotland Limited. While their website was user-friendly and visually appealing, their customer service left much to be desired. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were often vague and unhelpful. However, I must admit that their products are of high quality and meet my expectations. Overall, I would rate them as average.
