excellent coffee and breakfast in easy to find location. Waiter, John, covered all the basics even getting set up with bfast options. Unfortunately, it was a cold October AM(though recently some have been nice enough for outdoor eating) and as I arrived, I decided not to eat outside but with few tables inside still open, the helpful lady that seated me had no worries putting me at a table meant for 4. loved the grit-option instead of bfast potatoes. locally sourced smoked thick bacon was a real treat. very pleasant....
