Carlito is amazing. I had a watch repair that I brought in. I was afraid of how much it would be. Carlito made me feel secure that they would do the work at a good rate. He called me with an estimate before they did any work and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. I'm happy to say that I watch is running perfectly, and it cost a lot less than I thought it would! Thanks Carlito!
