I m still waiting for the completion of my Tesla b...

I m still waiting for the completion of my Tesla batteries install. They have scheduled to come on 4 different days, and not shown up or called to let me know. I have had to call them to find out why the no shows and have been given many excuses such as someone called in sick at the last minute, or they weren t available, etc. Jeremy at Scudder promised me that he would show up personally on day 5 if no one was available and they would be here at 9:00 am to finish the install. By 10:45 no one showed and I called to speak with Jeremy and was told he was not available and he was out sick.
Totally unprofessional. I find it hard to believe anything they tell me. They have re-scheduled AGAIN, but after being lied to, I am not confident in them any longer.
