I have been a customer of General Exchange Telecom, Genex for a few years now and I must say their service is average. The network coverage is decent and the call quality is satisfactory. However, I have faced some issues with their customer support team. They often take a long time to respond to queries and can be unhelpful at times. Overall, Genex is not bad but there is definitely room for improvement.
