Bought an inverter from Air Wave (part of Bhojsons...

Bought an inverter from Air Wave (part of Bhojsons group) just a few months ago. When the inverter suddenly had an issue, I'm now literally almost begging them to come get it fixed. First they said I need to pay 5k just to have someone come take a look. I agreed to that. Now to get the person to come is impossible. It's been 3 days and I have called, messaged, and tried over and over to reach him and his boss. They reply then disappear. So when you're buying from them, just beware that after sales service is completely horrible. You're essentially on your own after purchase.
