I had a somewhat average experience with Edward Martin Computer Services. The technicians were able to resolve my computer issues, but it took longer than anticipated. However, they were professional and tried their best to fix everything. Overall, I would recommend them for their technical expertise, but improvements can be made in terms of efficiency.
