I had a mixed experience with Treegroup. While some aspects of their service were great, such as their prompt response and efficient delivery, there were a few issues that I encountered. The product I received was not as described, and it took some back-and-forth with the customer service team to get it sorted. Overall, I would say they need to improve on their quality control.
