Went there for my son's birthday last week, they were expecting 450 people that day as the guy said over the phone and they only had one girl in the reception she was very professional and lovely to deal with but way overwhelmed with the amount of people coming in and out it was a chaos to be honest no one to help with any enquiries or questions. Management should really have more staff.
