I would describe my experience with J Y Enterprise...
I would describe my experience with J Y Enterprise as average. Their website has a user-friendly interface and the navigation is quite simple. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and when they did, the responses were not very helpful. Overall, I think there's room for improvement in terms of customer support.
