Check in 9 Am for delivery and almost got out like 1 pm because people working in office wasn t updated about shipment .Warehouse people took like 15 min to take one pallet out just because of that I missed my next pick up so wasn t excited about this place . That was my experience with delivery so don t know the pick up procedures.
