Updating original review: I received a call from Bryan at Premia who apologized and really tried to make it right. At this time we have chosen a different lender. First impressions leave a lasting mark, especially when it comes to home buying. I would like to commend Bryan for reaching out and attempting to earn our business.

Was recommended Premia as one of the preferred lenders through our relocation team. Contacted Chris last week. He said he didn't have time to talk the following day and to fill out the application on the link. I let him know that we were in an area with mediocre cell service so setting up a time would be best. Didn't hear from him again so filled out the application over the weekend. He emailed back saying he was out of cell service and would get back to me Monday. He emails Monday at 5:30pm and asks to talk Tuesday morning. I wasn't available, and woke up to an email today (Wednesday morning) telling me that he needed to hear from me to close out my file. WHAT THE ACTUAL ?!?! I have been waiting to get Premias rates for a week. This guy totally dropped the ball. If it's any indication of future service, I'm guessing I dodged a bullet.

Also, if you visit Yelp they have some reviews you may want to read prior to choosing them as your lender :)
