The experience of working with Surya elevators & escalators - india was average. While the elevator installation was completed on time, we encountered a few minor issues with its operation. The team did their best to resolve the issues promptly, but it did cause some inconvenience. Overall, the elevator works satisfactorily, but we expected a smoother experience. We appreciate their efforts, but there is room for improvement.
