Have been met several times by a generally sarcastic person who calls himself "incident manager" when I struggle with the systems. The person uses vulgar language and always blames the users instead of taking this seriously. After a small online check of the person in question, this is not the first time he has exposed people to everything from bad jokes on Facebook to outright hanging out with others in the same industry as Nordfjordnett. If you take your reputation seriously, you should teach this person a little about how he describes both customers and other suppliers in ICT in public spaces. Tasty.
