We have been living in a Red Pine community for over a decade now, and we have had a positive experience overall. The association takes care of the common areas, organizes neighborhood events, and maintains a good level of security. There have been a few minor issues here and there, but the management has always been responsive and resolved them promptly. We appreciate the efforts of Red Pine Homeowners Association.
