I have been a customer of Team Ocean Services, Inc. for several years now and I must say they provide average service. They handle all my shipping needs efficiently and effectively, but I have had a few hiccups along the way. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response. Overall, I am satisfied with their service.
