Had an accident with our order and mistakenly sent the wrong order to us on delivery. Called to follow upon our discovery and they had already corrected their error and so the replacement arrived within seconds of my call, and we had to keep the extra wrap for health and safety :)

The efficiency and speed with which they handled a simple and easy mistake was 5 star, and the fact this is one of our favourite lunch options at work is a credit to the company.
