Onset is a fantastic company with excellent customer service! I have had the opportunity to interface with the staff on several occasions and all of my interactions have been positive. The employees that I have interfaced with speak quite highly of the organization. The company even offers "Free Lunch Wednesday" for all employees! What a nice thing to do!
