All staff should be more valued and supported given the conditions of high stress with which they are forced to fight on a daily basis: from users often inclined to the exasperation of inappropriate and invalidating behaviors in the medical and nursing profession, to a constant depletion of resources from part of the different governments that have followed over time; to this, moreover, it is to be added, in most cases, an incorrect internal management of the various structures and organizations, therefore reduced, increasingly, to an unarmed target for any attacker.
