By far the worst experience I ve ever had in my entire life. My father passed away leaving the house to me. In the beginning everything was going ok with the guy that I was assigned to however, once he left the company and no one told me and communication dropped off, everything turned into a nightmare. All I was trying to do was re-finance the house. 4 months in they tell me there is another hiccup now with my credit that was perfectly fine 4 months ago!!!!! This company is a joke and I am still trying to figure out how they have the #1 rating, per their commercials. Come to find out that a normal re-fi can happen within 10 days! WHAT?!?! Originally I was told 30 days, fine, my situation was different but 4 months?! I could have bought a new house in that time! They screwed me over on all of my credit card bills and car payment because they are incompetent jerks! Not to mention the outstanding 3 month bill I have now for the new homeowners insurance they forced me to get which I didn t even know was active and they didn t pay them! I can go on and on but this is just giving me anxiety typing this. You ve been warned!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!!!!!!
