Recently made a purchase on a skincare website. The products I received were wonderful. However, the overall experience was let down by the website design. It was clunky, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. Nevertheless, the delivery was quick, and the packaging was secure. In terms of the products, they were effective and met my expectations. Overall, a good experience.
