I recently took a tour with saintminatours.com and it was a fantastic experience. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the tour was well-planned. I particularly enjoyed the historical sites we visited and the stories behind them. The only downside was the long wait times at some locations, but overall it was a great trip.
