UPDATE - Much better experience after the first no...

UPDATE - Much better experience after the first noght. enough for me to change my review from 2 to 4 star. I requested too change the room from handicap to normal room. The morning front desk staff and the manager were much more friendly. In fact, they "upgraded" our room. Let's just say it was much more functional for nonhadipcap persons but not that much dufferent in size and decore.

Original - All of the negative review are TRUE!!! This is our first night and it has not started well. The front desk person gave us a handicap accessible room that is not so convenient and her tone on the phone made both my wife and I feel like we were unwelcome and in fact bothering her. Here is hoping that things will get much better that I will actually revise the review at the end of our stay.
