The Columbus Association Of Health Underwriters is an average company. I have been a customer for a while now and my experience has been just okay. The customer service is decent and the staff is knowledgeable. However, there have been some issues with communication and I've had to follow up multiple times to get resolution on certain matters. Overall, I would say they are not bad but there is definitely room for improvement.
