So I have been a member of Arizona Charlie's for several years now. The layout tends to change every so often of the machines. The only thing that seems to be different as of late is the customer service. You can order a drink and bam, there it comes almost instantaneously, but when you need help with change (while having a normal conversation) you can be given grief. At other times it can feel opposite. Each time I have gone their, it runs just about the same each time.

As for the gambling bit, I have always enjoyed going to Charlie's because at least I never feel like I leave empty handed. I can usually do well their or come out with a loss but at least with a smile on my face. Dont get me wrong as I have had previous experiences where I could run out of their while feeling like I had just been robbed (dependent on mood and who I am around).

I give my rating a solid 4 star as there is a need for slight improvement but overall a good feeling when being in Arizona Charlie's.
