I have been attending Musgrove Park Hospital for nearly 15 years as an outpatient, so probably in the region of 40 appointments during that period.
During that time I have never been disappointed by any aspects, all the staff have been brilliant, pleasant, polite, helpful and very caring.
On my last visit I attended the X-ray dept for a Barium Swallow. My appointment was for 11am, I was back in my car by 11.20, on my way home. How good is that? At a time like this, when the NHS are struggling to operate, our hospital and all the staff deserve a very well earned pat on the back.
