Overall, I had a pretty good experience with Lumen.ly. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support team was also helpful and responsive whenever I had any questions or issues. My only complaint is that sometimes the website can be a bit slow, but other than that, I have no major complaints. I would rate Lumen as great and would definitely recommend it to others.
