If I could rate these one star I would. This isn't the first problem I've had with them over the 5 years I've worked in the industry. But today has been the last straw. After receiving my delivery, on a Friday, the drivers discovered the warehouse packed 2 x Guiness instead if 2 x Strongbow (clearly similar products..).

Fair enough, mistakes happen, so then I ring the depot, to which a man answers, doesn't introduce himself, and then transfers me to another person without even telling me, who also doesn't introduce herself, I get transferred twice more. The 4th person was more helpful, however "you received over 50% of your order so we don't HAVE to come out to you" is absolutely disgraceful. I ordered a product go be delivered, you failed to do so, yet there's absolutely no effort to rectify your mistake, which is seems increasingly more common.

From one end to the other, all of your workers don't do their job properly, from phones to warehouses to drivers.
