Managed to squeeze in to this gem of a place via a "reserve list" as it had been fully booked. Thankfully for us they had a last minute cancellation. Had the most exquisite meal, a taster menu, and can't recommend it highly enough. The staff are professional, attentive and friendly and the food is wonderful. Will certainly be back when next in Brighton, but will book ahead this time to ensure we don't miss out!
