I worked one day so well. Not one crititsism the entire day. I was so happy to have a job. Not a few hours after I left proud of my new job. I was told i was so slow and dont come back. Thinking back on it I think since I had to keep moving my finished product so a forklift could get through maybe they didnt see all my finished work. But i kept up with coworkers and once again was not told to change a thing about the way i worked...so I was shocked, confused and hurt. The poorest communication skills i have ever witnessed. If this impacts one person then I've done my job correctly, just as i did that day!!!
