I had a mixed experience with R. Stresau Laboratory, Inc. The overall service was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow. It took a few days to get a reply. The quality of the products I purchased was good. They were well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I would say it's an okay company to work with.
